If Sheryl didn't know an answer to one of my MANY questions, she would say so AND she would find out the answer. Sheryl, as I just shared in the prior sentence, will always work to find the answer to any and every question. Sheryl is prompt. Any questions or concerns, fears, etc that my wife or I had - and I mean from the beginning of the process to those final days as you get ready to close - Sheryl would get back to as quickly by phone call, email, text message (whatever we used to communicate). I obviously just listed professional qualities. I must say, it was also nice to work with someone who is kind and not rough around the edges.
